The facts of the case study
Our client, Mr H, was walking his dog by a local farm when two collies came rushing out of the farm gate barking loudly and defending what they obviously saw as their territory. One of the dogs bit his hand, resulting in him having to attend hospital and have surgery. He had been due to go on holiday the following day and the holiday had to be cancelled.

An out of court settlement was then reached which compensated Mr H for his injuries. We also made sure he got the cost of his cancelled holiday back.
